We have finally entered the new year, and as usual the hunt for female roe deer opens in my area, Piedmont.
Backpack on my shoulder, rifle in the sheath and thermals loaded, I decided to bring my Cyclops 350Pro with me, ready to lend me a hand in the hours before dawn.
We have arrived, we are on site, darkness and lots of vegetation in front of me, I decide to turn on my observation monocle, after a few minutes a beautiful adult female roe deer appears in front of me, we are here and the right one, one last.
I'm breathing and ready to shoot, but no, not today, there's too much fog, I don't feel safe, even if I identified the animal perfectly with my Cyclops 350Pro I prefer to try again another day, when there will be less fog.
we return to the car, towards the bar, where a nice cup of cappuccino and brioche awaits us.
This is also hunting!
