What’s the ballistic calculation(Trajectory)?
Ballistic trajectory refers to the flight path of a bullet fired from a firearm. It accounts for factors like gravity, air resistance, and initial velocity which specifically related to trajectory, plays a crucial role in shooting accuracy. This function only exsits in devices with laser section in our company.
My device was struck at the startup screen, what should i do?
The device does equip with fallback procedure in case of accidental situations, if your device is stuck at startup scrren, please try the following steps to reboot the device and please reupgrade the device.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold on the joystick and power button.
3. After turning the device on, please re-upgrade the device.
4. If the device can't be rebooted, please contact us for further inspection.
How to achieve the Auto-Zero?
Auto-Zero function is available in both Ares(L) 2.0 and Vidar(L) 2.0.
Here is the method of Auto-Zero.
① Select the option of Auto-Zero in the sub-menu of Zeroing.
② Make sure the zero distance. When you are ready, press“ OK” and finish the shooting within 15s.
③ Save the zeroing data to any profile (A, B, C, D, E) after shooting, then back to main menu to finish Auto-Zero.
Why is my dual FOV scope fixed with one lens, even though I've physically switched the field of view?
The fixed FOV is highly from a stuck situation, you could wrap the objective lens with a cloth and hit the wooden table, which could get it fixed at an odds. If it can't get fixed, please contact the store where you bought or contact us directly for warranty issue.
